Can’t access account email

If you can’t access your account email, refer below, depending on what applies to you:


You’re still logged in (or can still log in) to Canva

Go to your Account Settings, and update your account email to one that you can access.


You’ve forgotten your registered email address

It’s a work email and you’ve left the company

Try reaching out to your employer or email service provider for temporary access. Log in to your account, and change your account email to one that you have access to.

If none of these work for you, fill out the form on this page to help us verify your identity. We’ll get in touch as soon as possible and help update your account email from our end once we’re sure that you own the account.
