Profile settings

Customize your Canva profile by editing your username, profession, and profile photo.

Edit username and profession

1. Click on your profile icon from the top corner of the homepage.
2. Select Account Settings. Make sure you’re on the Account tab.
3. To edit your username, edit the User Name field.
4. To change your profession (what you use Canva for), scroll down and look for the Profession dropdown. Click on it, and select an option.
5. Click Save changes to finish.

Upload or change profile photo

1. Click on your profile photo from the top corner of the homepage.
2. Hover your mouse on your current photo. A camera icon will appear. Click on it.
3. Choose the file to upload from your device, and click Open. Wait for the upload to finish, and your profile photo will automatically update.
