Share Design via Link or Email

Share your designs via email invitations or via access links. To share with your team or selected team members, click here.

1. Open the design you want to share.
2. Click Share above the editor.
3. Select Share with others, and refer below on how to share via email or with a link.

Email invitation

1. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the design with, separated by a comma.
2. Click the ᐯ icon next to the email addresses.
3. Select an access option: Can edit to give them edit access, or Can view to only allow them to view the design.
4. Click Send invites to send the email invitations.

They will be required to log in or sign up to access the design.

Link share

1. At the bottom part of the menu, click the ᐯ icon.
2. Select an access option: to edit, to view, or to use as template*.
3. Click Copy link to copy the share link.

Sharing view-only access via a link will not require them to log in or sign up to see the design.

Tip: Share your design to be used as a template with a Canva Pro or Canva for Enterprise subscription. It’s also available with a Canva for Education or Canva for Nonprofits account status.
